By EUGENIA LAST

ARIES (March 21-April 19): Plan to get together with friends or take part in a community event on the 4th. Impulse purchases will set you back. You can have fun without going over budget. Emotional problems will cost you on the 5th, 6th and 7th if you are nonproductive. Wrap your head around what needs to be done and it will help you forget your troubles. You can plan a surprise on the 8th and 9th that will please someone you are trying to impress. Your ideas will be well-received but may make someone you work with, or for, jealous. Don't hide your feelings on the 10th or you may give someone the wrong impression. It's important to deal with matters swiftly so you can move on.
